Could I ask for advice on help for a quest? I'm on a quest called 'interrogate the interrogators ' instead of just negotiating with Cereth I chose to challenge him. So I was wondering can we reset or redo quests?

you can only redo daily quests. once you defeat cereth, you will ask him questions (yay, interrogation time!), and complete the quest.
