This one, it's lvl 60. Is that the max level?
If not, please look at its experience, why is it higher than the experience required to level, yet he hasn't leveled? Or am I missing something? Or misreading something?

Currently 60 is the max Lvl. I think they will be bumping the max lvl up soon... Not exactly sure when though.

Ah okay then, I was wondering XD
I hope they up it a lot....cause it would be nice if with the max level, you could do proficiencies of every tree to some extent XD

As Hinata said, the current max level is 60.
They'll be raising the level cap when the admins release a new zone (upcoming mega zone), and the new cap will be level 75. When this will be happening has not been confirmed the last I heard, but it should be soon.
We won't be able to use all of the proficient tree any time soon, since the admins don't plan on releasing any new zones after the mega zone, since they want to work on releasing this site properly and off-beta mode. Also I think the admins want to change how the proficiency tree works. not sure the details, but that won't be happening for a while just yet as well. =P

Give me an estimate my Sylesti has been stuck 22 days at lvl 60

Just fyi, being capped at lvl60 is not detrimental. ^^
It just means that it won't be increased until the cap is removed.
The cap will be removed when the Mega Zone is released.
Based on this article, the admins say that it may be released approximately 8 weeks or so from when the article was written.
