Minimum, well I honestly don't know. He was my first wheel pet, but I didn't really like the outcome. So, as much as your willing to offer.
(I would prefer diamonds so I could then buy aeridini essences...)

I think the minimum in gold is 4mil but offer as little or high as you want!
