There's nothing on Sylestia that would do that. That would be something with your browser.

I can't think what. Every time it's happened I've just clicked a bit too close to the 'un-named' part of the page. When I do, Bing Search opens up and tries to search Un-Named Pet.
Bing is my default search engine, I've got all the others turned off. But I can't figure why it tries to search when I'm not actually using search.

It's hilarious, but confusing.

Not sure. Too many variables involved for me to really guess. I'd assume though that there's some setting (or addon) that you're using that's searching the word or opening the link in bing rather than just following what the website wants to do.

I'd check for malware and adware if I were you. Expecially if you have words that are underlined(green or blue usually). Commonly such viruses will redirect you or show a pop up about whatever word you rolled over.

I thought about that, already ran Norton and Malwarebytes Anti Malaware software. Nothing was found. I even ran the rootkit scan.
I also ran the delete function on the specific temp files accessible only via the java console. Those don't delete when you dump the regular cache, you have to do those separately via the console. So any applets or anything that might have snuck in and left something in script are gone now.
I've got the Better Privacy addon and set up to delete flashcookies within 1 second of those trying to connect...I don't allow flashcookies because the only thing they're used for is to track me...and I don't allow that because, quite frankly, it's nobodies business. I also remove the whitelist, checkmark by checkmark and have ever since I noticed that some of those whitelisted adds are from highly offensive websites.
I also ran CCleaner, that's way better than just dumping the browser cache, even though you do have to close to browser for a few seconds to clean it out properly.
Plus, I use a rotating series of master passes on my browser. I'm very serious about my privacy.

Have you checked your control panel? some things will end up there as well and you'll need to uninstall em. Also something called "unisaales" will actually add an extension. I'm sure other programs can do the same. Also do you have a toolbar? if it's an unofficial or malicious one perhaps that would redirect? I myself do not have a toobar so i wouldn't know.

I've cookies set to 'ask every time', I check my CP and my installed programs regularly. I realize most players are youngish but I'm in my fifties and have learned, if nothing else, caution. Computers and OSs are expensive so I tend to make sure they stay healthy and functioning properly. Therefore, I limit which programs are allowed to be on them.
That's one reason I dislike chats. Who knows whose posting what and if it's contagious or not?

I'm a computer technician. I'm thinking that one of two things may be happening:
1. Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall a Program. Check to see if there is anything suspicious sounding, such as toolbars or anything with "ad" in the name. If you're uncertain, post the name of the program here and I'll tell you if its safe or not.
2. Go into the settings of your web browser. Check your extensions. If you are uncertain if a program belongs (which it probably doesn't unless you installed it), disable or remove it.
Hope this helps!
