what happens when you complete sylestia?

Depends on what you mean by "complete". Or mainly, what you're completing.
If you mean the main content (clearing all the zones, finishing the storyline), then...we don't know until the game is finished, only Krin/Fai can tell.
I heard that afterwards, it will be possible to reset your progress so you can do the storyline again.
But you can also "complete" things like finishing pet projects from breeding and whatnot, so its subjective. :) Or post-game features haha.
