People claim to nurturing the babies i have but it never really shows the nurtures as if they didn't count. this seriously needs to be fixed. I'm just hoping I'm not the only one

There would be no reason for the nurturing system to not be working.
Most likely, if they are indeed nurturing your pets, they are clicking the wrong option.
