I think there may be some obvious thing I'm missing, but navigating to my pets' profile pages is a huge pain and I have yet to discover any way to view my egglings' profiles.
With pets I either find their pet ID in the drop-down menu on the Party or Inventory page and search for that ID, or go to my active pet's profile through the Account Summary and cycle through Previous/Next Stable Pets until I find the one I want.
I have yet to discover any way to look up an egglings pet IDs and nothing links to them.
Am I supposed to be able to access their profiles through the Hatchery? Because I can't.

You can access your pets' profiles from the Stables and Hatchery. Just click on their names, they are links to their profiles. =)
