I know it's not my bank, my bank isn't stupid enough to be that careless...they found out the hard way that people that mess with my money get tossed to the feds...pronto, so I know it's not my bank. Not after finding themselves an object of intense interest by the FBI and the IRS...suggesting audits are a lovely way of getting even with banks....
But I've got plenty of money in the account and my rent money is set aside in a savings account until I need it. So why a 20 dollar payment won't go through when I just used pay pal twice, on two, other, different purchases is beyond me.
