i think it would be really cool if a player vs. player arena was added, where you could battle random people or request a specific person to battle parties with. what do you think?

I think the best way to work something like this is if it is real time, and each of the people in it are doing it because they want to. Other sites make this PvP thing involuntary, and I hate that. You have no choice about getting attacked, and by whom. Drives me nuts. But if you go in and are fighting others who have specifically gone into a PvP arena to fight against other players, ok. I won't likely do it much, but if it makes you happy, go for it! lol.

I don't know how easy this would be to implement though. Other sites do it, but I don't know how easy it is to implement it.

I would love to see some sort of PVP here on site, as long as it was a mutual thing like Greenmann said. Maybe have a setting somewhere that you have to opt-in (or opt-out) so that people who have no interest in PVP battles aren't getting constant challenge requests.

Player vs Player has always been a feature we want Sylestia to have at some point. Atm, though, it isn't feasible with the current systems in place. When I revamp, I hope to figure out how to allow multiple Players to battle at once. This would also open the door for PvP.

We would want our PvP to be more casual like Pokemon or something... not like hardcore MMO PvP. It also will of course be fully optional.
