So i wanna know...What is the difference with the top two best generators?

I think you mean the Enhanced and the Mystical, right?
The Mystical Generator is more accurate with colors. It'll give you the exact hex colors you put into it (or so I've heard), while the Enhanced generator may be a little inaccurate with them.
That's the only difference, though.
