So, my previous hard drive decided it had had enough and crashed. I am trying to recover data from it but the two programs my husband was told about can't seem to get anything. He ran Recuva and Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier (so much for unstoppable). Recuva couldn't even see anything. Roadkil saw some something but was not able to do anything with it or identify it.

Can you guys think of other data recovery programs that I can try? I really don't want to give up just yet and I don't want to spend anywhere from 500 to 2k on recovery unless I have to.
