Sometimes I get in a fight and half way through it I know I can't win. It would be nice if there was an escape or run button that would give you a chance of getting away without everyone dead. To make it fair it would not work every time ( You guys can deside the percentages.) and the button should not be for boss fights but your average battle should have it. Maybe make it a turn choice for each pet instead of hitting where if a pet has more agility they have a better chance of escape.

In the new explore system, there's an option to run away. It does have a chance of failing.

You only see the new explore system during festivals and when you reach the level 50+ zones.

Sylestia will slowly revamp all of its exploration regions (from lvl0-50, Viridian Meadows and Umbra Forest) to have a new explore system version. But that will be awhile. o:

For now, you'd have to get through all the regions lvl0-50 without that feature until its revamped. :( Unless a quick fix is implemented.

Cool I joined on the 31st of dec so I wasn't able to see the new explore system.It's good to know that option is coming for me! I can tell the staff are working quite hard on making this an even greater place than it alredy is!
I just have to try to find a cheap way to revive my sylesties for now. :)

If nobody's mentioned it yet, the cheapest way (I've found, at least) to revive your Sylesties is to remove them all from your party (Explore > Party) and then there's an option to revive pets in your Stables. Costs 100 gold per pet, and takes them to full health.

It won't work if they're still in your party.

Then add them back to your party ready for another go :)

Also, leaving them for a bit will revive them, but if you want them back straight away this is a LOT cheaper than the healer!

Thank you I didn't know about that way! I was using revival elixers or the healer which tends to add up and with revival elixers you have to wait for them to gain all their life!

After a while, once you start really doing missions, the easiest / cheapest way will be using revival draughts should your pets faint. I am sitting on like 900 of one type of revival draught and 300 of another. I used 1 last festival because I was half asleep hitting keys at one point. Also, potions will be very available after you do missions. I have about 2,000 of the big health potions and I rarely have to use them. But they're there.

Just trying to put your mind at ease: it does get easier. And if you look up the speccing / gearing / proficiency guides, it'll be difficult for your pets to die or need too much healing. ^-^

Thank you it does seem to be getting easier as I get more used to things and the tip socks gave me is helping a lot! Now I finaly have pets that can can do missions while I use my other ones to explore. It's amasing what can be accomplished in a few days when I first wrote this only my explore pets seemed to be able to do the harder missions. So if I rush into a fight that is to big for me now it doesn't take as big a chunk of my cash to revive them! Thank you for your encoragement! The main problem I think I am going to have now is I might become a sylestie horder! :D
