But, I got excited about being able to get back on after the maintenance, and I like the new look for her, but, when I went to look at her profile, it showed her original colors. But for my active pet, it shows a totally different color scheme...?

She looks correct to me.
Just perform a hard refresh (Shift + F5) or clear your cache. Should fix the issue.

I just noticed I have the same issue. Here's my boy.
Here's his normal url:
https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=qitari&breed=sylesti&gender=male&gd1=NN&gd2=BB&gd3=NN&md1=NN&md2=DD&md3=NN&ec=10e418&c1=08020c&c2=56198e&c3=040405&gd1c=762ea0&gd2c=1ca625&gd3c=3c1f4b&md1c=fefdfc&md2c=7212e1&md3c=0f8221&maturity=648&owned=1&size=250
and the wonky one (which I believe is his pre-revamp url):
https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=qitari&breed=sylesti&gender=male&gd1=NN&gd2=NN&gd3=BB&md1=DD&md2=NN&md3=NN&ec=10e418&c1=08020c&c2=56198e&c3=040405&gd1c=762ea0&gd2c=3c1f4b&gd3c=1ca625&md1c=7212e1&md2c=0f8221&md3c=fefdfc&maturity=648&owned=1&size=200

Oooh. Whoops. It's from our memcache service lol. I'll reset the cache.
Edit: Should be fixed now.
