I have a "2014 winter festival basket" and wheel tickets (lucky and non-lucky) are among the contents. If I can't sell the basket, can I save it and leave it unopened/unused, and have the tickets be functional for a future wheel? Or do the tickets expire? If they do expire, would opening/using the basket save them from expiring?

Undetermined. My suggestion would just be to use it since it was created and intended for consumption during this year's festival.

Just checking that you realise you can still use the wheel today. If you go to somewhere like your account summary there is a link at the top of the page. I think this is the last day, though.
