I picked up yesterdays calendar item, I thought.... thought it was snowflakes again. This morning it is saying I didn't and I can't open today's chest. Also it is showing chests along the top where I had picked up the items (the only item I missed was the spoon).

Everything looks correct to me.

Day 2-5 were all chests containing a few items.

Ok, I think I understand, I got today's even though it didn't show a confirmation message. It was a 2014 Chest. But I don't understand yesterday, I am pretty sure I clicked it and it showed snow tokens. But I can't say if I got them or not.

I think through just how it's coded, if it doesn't properly grab the reward from the database it displays the icon of a snow token (just through the process of if then statements).

So I'm guessing maybe that's what happened?

Since you seem sure that you claimed yesterday's prize, I will go ahead and mark it as so and give you 2013 item box.
