Is there a way to get more than 4?
Also, how do you get those Sylesti Essence? If anyone could help to tell me, that would be wonderful!!!

Genotype points are basically what makes genes carried or visible. To get more than 4 with what an enhanced gives you, you'd have to breed the pets out. There's no item out that lets you have more than 4 points to play with directly.
You can get sylesti essences from buying them on broker, jinxie's jamboree, nurturing pets, and random drop from battles.
