So I've heard people having trouble finding offspring from certain pets, like someone may be interested in old offspring from a pair but no one knows how to find it. Or your looking for a themed offspring from a certain pet.Well i was thinking of adding to the search area an 'Offspring Search'. You paste a pets Id# into the required area and it will pull up any offspring that has come from that pet even if it has bred with more than one sylesti. There can be different settings such as the general age and gender preferences. So even if the searched sylestis aren't for sale you can at least make an offer on the offspring by pmign the owner. It also can show you what genetics you have generally been getting from breeding projects or just in general. I think this would be useful in someway for almost everyone.

I think there would be something with a similar effect once the genealogy tree is implemented. From what I heard from other players (not official) is that the tree will show lineage (ie all the parents/ ancestors), as well as the kids from the pet. So you would be able to see the offsprings of the pet. Kinda similar from your suggestion. =)


And while it might still be nice to have it in the adv search as well, since more settings can be used, it likely won't be implemented any time soon. The last I heard, Krin wants to improve his coding skills even more before recoding the adv search to make it run more efficiently. Coding for the adv search seems really tough. =P
