I was wondering if my egg could have any visble genes or mutations. So I made this.
Mother: Has Glowlight wings (A) and Bunny tail (B)
Father: Has Clouded Leopard (C)
Mother has AA and BB.
Father has CC.
Offspring could have: AB, BA, CB, CA, AC, A, B, or C.
The offspring will have at least one carried gene or mutation due to both parents having a gene or mutation. However, one gene or mutation might be dominant over another, resulting in the offspring having a visible gene. Due to one of the parents not having a mutation in a slot that the Mother also has a mutation in, there cannot be any genes or mutations ending up in the same slot, so if any dominance can occur in the coding for breeding, then nothing will be visible since no genes or mutations are in the same slot. However, the offspring can carry a mutation from the mother. The offspring can also carry the father's gene. So eventually, the eggs that have an ancestery with the original egg created by the pairing, will have a visible gene once the egg that the parents produced is ready to breed.

Those traits are in different slots, your egg will have all carries.
