I've set up the sell to user ID and sale price, they're online and say they can't get them? Am I doing this right? Do they receive a message or do they have to go to the pet page?

Does the pet have no equipment on?
Does the sale price have a number on it? (since 0 makes it unsellable)
You'll have to notify them yourself (via message) to tell em to go to the pet page. o:

Perfect! I unequipped everything and set the price to 1. Hopefully she can get it now :) thank you so so much!!
