I used the revived all of my pets, but for some reason my two party pets haven't been revived. Is this a common thing that happens? I even tried to give them health potions but it wouldn't let me.
Please help. I won't be able to play very much without them.

Did you try giving a revival potion(the green ones)? That might solve your problem.

Mass Revive will not revive your party. You need to take the pets out of the party Explore tab at the top of the screen, --> Party, and then revive, OR take them to a healer such as the healer in the Sylesti Plaza at Esior's Haven. If you can't get to the Plaza yet you need to take them out of your party to mass revive them.
