Well we have genetic mutators,and I thought why not genetic scramblers. They can be greater and lesser too. Like you pick a gene or mutation slot that is already filled and the lesser genetic scrambler changes it to a totally different gene or mutation, sometimes because it's random it might pick the same gene or mutation. The greater scrambler you can pick the gene or mutation slot and pick the gene or mutation. I just tight it would make breeding for certain traits easier. It wouldn't wor on an empty gene or mutation slot.

I like the idea.. I hate it when you get one awesome trait and one crappy one hah.
With the scale shop revamp they will be "adding many new philters into the game such as an Infertility philter and trait removing philter." Might make this obsolete but I guess that depends on it you can use a mutater after removing a trait. If not, I would def support this!

Support! I love that idea for when you either A: Get something you don't like, or B: Get a carry in a slot you desperately want to put a visable in but can't.

I think this was brought up at one time, and Krin was definite with a "No" because of the fact that : Genes and Mutations are one of the only thing constantly coming into the game. Traits are one of the biggest reason people buy things--Essences, Traps, philters, pets themselves.
With a bit of a effort one can breed a new trait into a line to eliminate and old and no longer desired one. With the game at a bit of a stand still, breeding is one of the things we use to occupy our time. What fun would it be if it had all the hard parts eliminated?
