I have completed sweet blossom orchard up to where it says "Return to Ethernia" on the task board, but I cannot find how to get there! Please help me! Thank you so much!

For the 3rd region, to go to different places within the region, you need to exit the zone you're in. it's the button on the right if i remember correctly. Once you exit the zone, you can go to other places in the region. This also means that the next time you enter that zone, you'll start at the start again.
