A Crow and Unicorn Production
Intro:
It’s cold, cold and dark, and your memories are fuzzy. How did you get here? Why would you fall asleep on what feels like a table? Why...
Why can’t you move? You try to tug your arms free from the restraints and notice you can’t move your legs either. You bite the inside of your cheek, hard, since you can’t pinch yourself, but this is no dream. Suddenly there are bright lights and dark figures. You can’t make out faces, just shapes, and you can barely keep your eyes open with the blinding light shining right at you. You feel a pinprick in your arm and the world goes fuzzy, and then completely black.
You wake up once more in the dark and the cold, but this time you can move. You clutch your head and blink, trying to make out anything, and you see in front of you the bars of the cage. Your body feels strange and you realize what happened. They changed you. Whatever you were before, you are their experiment now, and you want out.
World Info: (probably to be continued)
You are all teenagers and children, no younger than 6 and no older than 18, who have been kidnapped by a shady organization, one who’s name they keep confidential from you, to be test subjects in experiments. You have either been made part animal or part machine (that’s your choice, try not to be absurd with your traits). The transition is not perfect, and there have been test subjects before you killed by the changes. This time they have a better handle on things and you came out able to survive. You are kept in cages and the scientists perform various tests. You aren’t told what they are testing for or why they did this. To them you are no longer a person.
RULES
1) Crow and Snowpelt are the moderators, what we say goes, we promise not to be too harsh
2) No godmodding or metagaming
2a) godmodding is controlling another player’s character in order to have a better outcome. For example “My character punches your character so hard and fast that they can’t dodge, and your character is knocked out on the floor.”
2b) metagaming is having your character use (to their advantage) information that you, the player, learned out of rp, and that your character did not learn. for example knowing which way to turn to get out of a maze because you read what another player did to escape, but your character wasn’t there.
3) You must be able to roleplay in complete sentences. One word posts will not suffice. You should be aiming for a paragraph or so, but at least one full sentence is required
4) to prove that you’ve read the rules, in the “anything else you want to say?” category somewhere add the word syzygy (it means an alignment of the planets or other celestial bodies. It’s Crow’s favorite word) Once your character sheet has been put up on the post after this, please edit out the word so people don't cheat c:
5) Keep out of character (OOC) chatter to a minimum. If you have to say something ooc in the thread (for instance to clarify what happens when your character does something, ask a question, or for any number of other reasons) please use either OOC: what you wanted to say, or ((what you wanted to say))
6) Everyone is allowed in the roleplay, but if you intentionally and repeatedly break rules, we will kick you out. This goes especially for godmodding and metagaming.
7) We're going to limit everyone to one character for now. Later on we may bend this rule, but this is going to be a pretty in depth roleplay with lots of room for character development, so please take the energy you would have put into those extra characters and instead make your single one more real and more in depth.

1) The experiment number must be higher than all previous ones (the current highest number is 3113459)
2) They must be a new arrival
3) they should probably be a more functional experiment
4) we will only be accepting tech experiments, due to imbalances with the numbers.

Description of Personality:
Laid-back, doesn't care of the experiments done on him ((he's given up hope of escaping, but will try if convinced)), slightly cold and distrustful. However, he's loyal, and will give up his life to protect another.
What is your character good at:
Fast ((Not just speed but like reaction, thinking and what not...)), knows martial arts, academics ((Basically he's smart... but he loves computer sciences more than any subject so he specializes there... So he's a legit hacker and coder ^^)), skateboarding, guitar, strategist mind-set, can use a few weapons. Since he was in a gang before all this, he's a good liar ((How else can he get out of trouble with his folks ><)) and learnt a very thief arts, such like piking locks and swiping other people's stuff.
What are some faults and fears:
He has a weak constitution is bad, so he can't stand much pain, and he can't really pack a punch. He relies on his speed instead of strength.
He hates doing academical stuff, asides from computer related things. ((He hates studying but he's good at it, go figure -_-))
He hates water. ((BEN Drowned reference lol XD)), and despite loving the feeling of flying, he's scared of heights.... Especially if his wings are clipped.
Scared of getting electric shocked and with his wolf and bird senses, can get over whelmed at times, since he's still not used to his new 'body parts'.
He doesn't take a liking to the scientists, and has a mix of feelings towards them, since he's scared of them yet angry at them. He has some scars from his attempts of escaping.

"Urgh..." Adolf groaned, fingers to his temple. Where was he? Sitting up slowly - the headache was killing him- he looked around, taking note of the pristine white walls. Wait. Was that bars on the door? "Oh no..." Running to the door, he desperately tried to open, flinging his body against it. Backing away in fear when he realized he was trapped, he found himself on the sole be din the cage, holding his sore arm. "No, no, no, no, no..." He muttered, tears flowing down his cheeks as he closed his eyes, praying it was a dream. All he remembered was walking home and blacking out! How could he have- Eyes snapped open and he felt his back and head. Animal ears? Wings? A TAIL?! Fear gripping his heart once more, he grabbed the edges of the sink and stared at his reflection. "NO!"

Speed, climbing, what cats are good at. She is a fast learner and adapts quickly. Can see in the dark. Has good balance.
What are some faults and fears:
Like most cats, she fears water, and like Adolf, has a weak constitution, though her constitution is better than Adolf's, and she has decent strength.
She fears the experiments done to her, since she doesn't like pain, and cannot stand loud noises.
Her sense of smell was also enhanced, and if a smell is too strong, she won't go near it.
She hates fire as well, and cannot stand cold places.

Lyra groaned, hand rubbing her temples. This is weird... When had she come to a place like this? She didn't remember anything, except... the needle... Eyes widening in surprise, she looked around her. Drat! She thought, as she searched for a way out. She felt the weights on her head and rear, but didn't do much about it, brushing it off as a side effect from whatever it was that they injected her with. She growled, and her tongue flicked out, and she felt her canines.
Putting a hand to her mouth, she felt her teeth were sharper, and took advantage of the sole mirror in her... cage, to see what damage had been done. Gripping the edge of the sink, she snarled, not believing what had become of her. WHO DID THIS?!

Description of Personality:
Quiet, Being new to the lab, he has no idea what's going on, and is confused. He's curious about many things and is a quick learner. He can be timid.
What is your character good at:
He has extremely good aim, strength, constitution and relatively good speed. His reaction speed is amazing and he is quite smart.
What are some faults and fears:
He fears to be alone by himself, and doesn't like to sleep, for nightmares from his past come back to haunt him.
He's scared easily from past events that happened, and is jumpy to many things, unless he's used to it.

Screams, blood, pain. That was all he could feel, trapped in this black cage as he watched his friend die one by one in front of him, shot down by gangsters that they had angered. He couldn't move, his muscles locked in place. "No!" He had shouted, be nothing was of use. Nothing stopped. The killings continued. Then, his dream shifted to his family, brutally murdered by robbers. The sea of blood continued to rain down, and he could only watch, be reminded of how hopeless he was, of how he couldn't do a thing of how he-
He woke up screaming, tears flowing down his eyes as he clutched his legs to his chest, breathing heavily. "No... I didn't... I never..." He was breaking down, and angry at his own uselessness, he slammed his fist against the wall beside his head, only to feel his hand shift, and a sword was in its placed, embedded in the wall. He pulled it out and gently caressed his hand, willing it to change back to its normal form. It did. He wondered why his hand didn't pierce through the wall, but ignored it and cuddled his arm, still sore from slamming it into a wall. "What...?"
