Page 1 will be kept at 1 Gold. I just finished doing that and from time to time through the day as they sell, I'll go back and put any others that edge up to page 1 at 1 gold.
When they stop being changed from their regular price to 1 gold, the sale is over.

All the Sylvorpa in the Sales Tabs in the Main Barn are 1 Gold.
All the Qitari and Lunemara on Tab 1 in the Main Barn are 1 Gold
