I know this was an issue before, I must have passed over the thread. All the eggs in my hatchery just turned into Aerdini eggs. On the pet page it still lists the pet correctly(like Species:Lupora) but just looks like an Aeri egg.

I have this issue as well.
Fabled pet eggs show up fine for me and the babies hatch into their correct species as well.
