Euthanasia

Erm, When a Sylestia loses all it's health, does it regain it through time..or is it just.. dead?

A Sylesti will regain it's health with time, if it's not in a party or on a mission, and is not starving. If it's starving, or if it's unconscious due to starving, just feed the pet, and with time, it will wake up and slowly regain it's health. =)
(pets don't die in this game =P )

Its In a party and on a mission..

I'm pretty sure it can't be both in a party and on a mission (unless you're referring to 2 pets)
If it's on a mission, just wait for it to come back from the mission, then leave it alone in the stable to recover health. If it's in a party, remove it from your party, and leave it alone in the stables. =)
