Popping in to say that this happened to me too -
It doesn't seem to be a thing anymore, but it might be worth looking into? Unless it's already been fixed bleh bleh.

Its happening to me too, i got this error once, not sure if its related.
i was trying to look at my account, i refreshed and was able to load the page.

Everything related to this should be fixed.
The error codes you found were when I was updating the file with the fix.
