i find it really inconvenient that some of the tabs move
for example INVENTORY is a great one its either in explore or account... please make up your minds its alot easier when everything is in the same spots. you notice the difference when you are exploring and the main pages.

This is actually caused by the constant updating of the site, not a matter of minds.
Certain pages still have the older formatting, while those that have been revamped already (festival bulletin, stable page, forums page and so on) have the new format.
Eventually everything will be set to the new format, but it'll all be coming piece by piece since it's being upgraded in stages. The hatchery and pet generator, for example, are two features on the list for impending updates.

Probably my #1 pet peeve with this site right here. It makes me utterly crazy.
