I don't remember how long it takes for diamonds to show up after purchase. But I bought some.. xD and it still says the same amount as before. Maybe i'm impatient?

Just posting this for others who may have the same question.

Sometimes it does take a little bit of time. Our server processes the order in the tenths of a second that PayPal sends us confirmation of an order. But sometimes PayPal takes up to hours on a normal order to send that confirmation to us.

Additional time can occur if you pay using an e-check or bank transfer as PayPal won't send the confirmation until those payments clear.

Lastly, sometimes there are issues - the user ID can get lost in the transaction so the server doesn't know who to add the diamonds to or very rarely, some other server related error can occur.


In conclusion, I'd give a normal order about 3 hours to see if it goes through. If you paid with an e-check or bank transfer, I'd give it 24-72 hours (but you should be able to track the payment process yourself to see when it clears). However, you're always welcome to inquire and I can look it up directly in PayPal and see what's going on. =)
