Your Bulbori is of themed origin - feel free to ask LittleLunar; it was before Krin started tagging the pets. I am NOT handing out non-themed pet offspring, I ensure each pet I'm handing out has come from a lineage for themed pets. Besides, it says what type of themed pet the Bulbori is in the "Round Post" before joining - the link is provided to you & all so you can double check if you want the pet or not.
