Vampires. They are accursed creatures. Killing us one by one, slaying the bravest men and innocent children, slowly, but surely. Our population of humans are slowly, ever so slowly dying out. We once were allies with the vampires, but we are no more. Anyone who creates even a small relationship with a vampire with but annihilated. But it is nearly impossible to tell who is who by first glance. Vampires are almost facsimiles of us humans, except their poisoning bite, red eyes, and supernatural features. If you are bitten... We don't know what can quite happen. It all depends on how much blood and bites. You could earn immortality, or have the skin as pale as paraffin, slowly becoming the living dead. Maybe turning into a vampire yourself, losing sanity as you go, or maybe not. Your fate is in the hands on those damn vampires. Those ****** vampires. We need a way to stop them. We must, our fate depends on it. Who knows how many dead and the living dead are out there? How many of us normal ones are left. With our efforts to resist and attacks against these...monsters, we have lost many of our own. Some radiation poisoned, or atomically unstable. Unfortunately, we've found a new disease that has no known source. It is turning people one by one into damn vampires. Our technology is growing, but so is our death rate. Our only hope are the dhampirs, but so few, so unemotional. They can help, but it's not enough. The Vampires, we call them Nobles. They are the source of chaos. We beg for mercy, something to stop this Dark Age. Anyone, someone.

Noble Syndrome
Something strange. People seem to slowly fall into the transformation of becoming a vampire. No known source and no cure. Doesn't known if this can be passed from human contact. Somehow is being spread without a vampire actually inflicting a bite. Symptoms don't show until nighttime. Symptoms are usually extremely pale skin, bright red coloration of the eye, and wanting of blood. The person will seemingly lose sanity as this progresses.

Towns:
Wiensville
One of the smaller towns. The town will welcome outsiders. Population is 1890.

Callisus
This town is more hostile to strangers. More military style here. Population is 4918.

Vurano
This town is located near an inactive volcano, having volcanic ash storms. People there don't mind strangers too much. People there are quite sly. Population is 4768.

Urek
This town is quite the dangerous one. This town is surrounded by a forest full of creatures that attack. Always under attack by the Nobles, but seems like it's too dangerous to leave. They are hostile to outsiders. Population is 2879.

Dalia
This town is in favor if the Nobility. Seems to have a dark secret within its walls. People are willing to take in new people, but no one ever leaves. Population is 6387.

Vampires have various supernatural abilities including telepathy, enhanced speed, some say transforming into black fog, immortality, and such. Some can posses bodies. (NPCs please, unless player will negotiate.)

Classes:
Doctors
Um, doctors are doctors. Physicians, surgeons, even herbalists count. Now, some things about the medical technology is that thee are cures for radiation poisoning degree 1-3. Radiation poisoning 3 is quite serious, some functions of the body can be lost and cyborg parts may be used. Anything above degree 3 is nearly certain death. For skin, they use artificial skin and special skin called snow caps. Most are currently researching the Noble Syndrome. Other wounds like gunshots and such are handled like wounds today.

Vampire Hunters
Having a dangerous job. They usually dhampirs and strangely powerful than normal dhampirs. They hung down and kill Nobles in towns. They are feared by most, but welcome to help as well. They don't usually stay in a town of area for long.

Mayors
Um, mayors... One mayor per town. They are in charge of everything.

Nobles
Nobles are the group of vampires killing the humans off. They are assumed quite the cruel and cold blooded people. They live in the Capital. Nobles too different are outcastes usually.

Citizens
These are just normal humans hoping for a good life.

Outcasts
Outcasts are the ones who leave towns or just never had one and travels alone. All species can be outcasts. Vampire outcasts seem to be more human and and travel in groups.

1. You may make as many characters you can handle. Any unwanted characters can be turned into NPCs.

3. No text slang unless characters are actually texting or you're speaking OOC.
4. I would like the minimum amount of lines to be at least 4. Just no 1-2 liners. You may use more than one post if you believe your reply must be longer. Please have sensory details and such!
