Last fest, during summer, the summer fest themed pets thread (where you design pets for the fest) was kept open, because there was a possibility of a second set.

for some reason, though, it's closed this year? And there has been a confirmed second set.

Hoping I can get Fai or Krin to answer this one :/ because I thought I'd be able to design pets for the second set.

There won't be a second set like there have been in previous years. All of the themed pets were chosen prior to the start of the festival. The "Mojo" pets are what we consider the second set.

However, there will be more themed pets released tonight at midnight, for Halloween. They will be found in an unique way and will be available for the remaining duration of the festival.

Since we weren't looking for any new designs, we had locked the thread.

Ooooh that makes a lot more sense. Well, I'll just save this design for NEXT year... while I slap myself for procrastinating too long. Ah, well.
