One of my referral's has finally reached the milestone of 1k battles, but I haven't gained a new referral point for it. If I understood correctly, one should gain a point whenever their referral reaches the required amount on either battles, scales or bred pets . Are the points from the same referral given all at once when all of those things are fullfilled or should I have gotten one already?

The same thing has happened again with the same referral :<
They have collected over 1.5k scales, but I didn't get a point from it.

I tested this both via the Profile Page and Hatchery and both worked correctly. I don't know why this isn't working for that referral.

I manually added your Referral Level though.

Under settings, it shows that 4 people have met the requirements for the point, but I've only ever gotten 3 points.

Taking a look, I see two with over 1000 battles and one with over 20 pets bred. I didn't see any others.

What's the User ID of the 4th? You can send me a PM if you like.

That same referral has now bred over 20 pets and I didn't receive a point from it.

I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but the number of their bred pets had turned green already when they had only bred 16 pets. Probably not.

I have no idea what's going on between you and this user. I've tested everything I can test and it all works. And there doesn't seem to be any other users having the same issue.

I can't fathom what the problem could be. -_-

On the plus side, this user has now maxed out their referral bonuses so I guess the problem can't occur anymore lol~
