How do you get AP?
Can I get them by doing missions?
Because I want that person who feeds my pets, but I need 10,000 AP. And I only have 2,000. So I have a LONG time to go!
So, How can I get AP fast?

Not sure if you get em from missions.
I recommend doing battles with your highest level pets that you can party with. Try to fight enemies that you still get experience points from (they're at least 5 levels lower than your pets' levels)
For example, since you're level 35, get a team of lvl35 pets, and go to an area that has level 30-35 enemies that you can quickly defeat, and keep battling and battling. Assuming you can easily defeat the enemies that are 5 levels lower than you, it's the easiest way to get AP.
