How do I get another hatchery tab?

As of now, there's no limit to hatchery space. It'll keep expanding infinitely as you breed eggs.

As Donmino said, the hatchery expands as you breed or buy egglings, hatchlings, and adolescents [so long as they were purchased from the hatchery- as in the person didn't move the pet before it became an adult.]
Just remember that stables aren't like that! Adolescents get released if you run out of stable slots and they grow up [26 full days, I believe] so make sure to keep an eye on that.
