I found this pretty, but I would like to know what she has- if she has anything. I would use a genetic scanner, but I am all out, and am short on change to buy one. Please help. :S

She would have something so long as she is not a common pet. Commons do not have any traits at all. Uncommon, rare, epic, etc all have traits, with varying extent.

Also, a scanner is used for scanning before the battle ends. So if you wanted to test her before deciding to capture her, there's not much other players can do for you, since you'll need to have the scanner with you.

But if you've captured her already, then other players can help to use their genetic tester to see her traits. You just need to set up the pet for 1gold to that user ID, and provide the link to the user. (Flute has volunteered to help you in the above post).
There are users offering free genetic testing in the breeding forum, so you can check that out some time, if you want pets tested.
