Can anyone be kind enough to give me a pet dye for my friend,Its almost her birthday and she keeps telling me how much she wants to change her pets colors so i wanted to give her a pet dye but sadly i dont have any:(

If no one's helped you out so far I will give you a tip: You can get a pet dye from the scale shop for 1,000 scales. Scales are earned by nurturing pets.
*doesn't have dyes to spare*
