What must one do to unlock the highest bet amount in Jinxie's Jamboree?

I'm still learning things on this site. xP It's not just you~

Currently 10g is the highest tier. I imagine more will open as one progresses through the quest line/zones. :O

That's nice to know though, I've been procrastinating with playing it for a while now and I thought I should have unlocked something else by now. >u<
