Okay so I took the fairy village quest and forgot to check the quest board in Elsior's haven. I tried to go back there and now instead of getting elsior's haven I get the meadow which since completing the windmill quest hasn't been available on my map. The problem is that I don't get the town so I can't get anything from the shop there ETC and the meadow normally is no longer an option to visit on my map so I shouldn't even be getting it.

@Nataku,

There is currently a bandit raid in Esior's Haven. Until the Bandit Raid is over, Esior's Haven is inaccessible.

Edit: And now it is over. So you should be able to access Esior's Haven again.

Oh okay. Sorry only found this site yesterday. Everything is rather confusing.

I'm sorry. We are planning on revamping Viridian Meadows and the tutorial in the near future.

In the meantime though, feel free to ask myself, Faiona, or even anyone in the chat/forums for help.
