Not sure there is an easy fix for this:
looks like the old quest log quests don't get picked up by the new quest log and vice versa:
Old quest log:
Shows that there are two quests but only shows one of the two.
New quest log:
Only shows one quest (not the one shown in old quest log)
Don't think this is a major issue if the old quests still complete...

You can click the "switch to old quest log" to view quests on the old or vice versa.
The two are separate systems tied to separate regions.
The reason is that when we created the 2nd region, we upgraded to a new system that's not compatible with the first region. So there are two separate quests logs.
