I'm using Chrome as my web browser, and on people's profiles, there is a floating box thing.

Can you take a full screenshot of the page?

Yeah, but that was the only noteworthy part I believe.
Is this good enough? :v
It moves when I zoom out,

Ohh. I see what you're referring to. The little drag icon for extending a box?
I think I can guess what it is, but I have no idea why it's doing that for you. However, you could help me a ton if you don't mind going a step further.
If you're using Chrome or Firefox, can you put your mouse right on the little icon, right click, and select "Inspect Element". Then take a screenshot of the code that's highlighted when it displays?
The bug isn't there for me and this will tell me exactly where that's coming from.

Well I tried inspecting it earlier, but I can't. So that's why I'm especially confused where it's coming from. I remember years ago having some problem like this when writing some CSS, but I can't seem to remember what the problem was.
I'll give you the page source code though: http://pastebin.com/A41tvf93

Well, attempted a change with what I thought it might be.
Let me know if it's still there.

Something with your browser not interpreting the visibility css property correctly. This in turn was causing the little icon to extend a text area to display even if the text area itself was hidden.
So I changed the property from visibility to display (the more appropriate one anyway).
So I guess that's what it was lol.
