Unfortunately Amnesia philters usually go for quite a bit more than that. Somewhere around 300k each would be a good guess.

Yeah, it's because they're 100 diamonds in the diamond store, and I believe that's the only place you can get them... Then the exchange rate between gold and diamonds is usually 2500-3000 gold per diamond, so the price makes sense.

But anyways, I would say, if you can, go without the name changes until you've advanced in the game and can afford them.
