Some of my new hatchlings that just recently hatched are level 1s and 2s. However when I go check to see if I can spend the level up, the button is not there. Hoping you can fix this so that the points are the same when I attempt to level them up.

Pets can hatch beyond Level 0 if the parents are above Level 0.
You won't be able to spend its level up points until it's mature enough to explore.
