I've encountered two problems within the past 30 minutes here on Sylestia so I don't know if it's just a server issue or something but I thought I should bring it up:

1 - I recently finished a mission for the Sanctuary and have not yet received the reward from the mission. It's completed time stamp is: 09/04/14 04:30:10. Which I am assuming is 4:30 A.M. server time. My current server time (after seeing the "mission complete" notification) is 12:10 PM

2 - A philter I bought from the Scale Shop is in my inventory but when I go to use it on the pet I bought it for, it doesn't appear in the drop-down list, and there are no other philters in my inventory. The pet has all trait/mutation slots empty except for one mutation slot. I don't see why it wouldn't work for me?

I assume you're talking about a genetic mutator for the philter? If so, genetic mutators can only be used on captured pets, not bred or created pets. I'd imagine that's probably the issue?

As to the rewards, don't know what's going on there.

Same mention as Mikazukichan above - if it's a genetic mutator then it can only be used on a captured pet. If it happens to be a stats philter, then it will only work on an egg that is ready to hatch and must be used at time of hatching.


As for the mission satchel, they are given depending on how well your pet performed. With ultimate satisfaction, you will be awarded TWO satchels for a mission (success marked with a green text color). For doing well, you receive one satchel (success marked with a black text color). For doing okay, you get the gold for completing the mission, but no satchels are awarded. (No idea on the text color for success.) For doing poorly and failing the mission, you get nothing. (Again, it's been too long since I failed a mission to recall the text coloring.) It's possible that your pet's stats weren't high enough to earn the satchel reward.

As the above posts say, for issue #1 you probably didn't participate enough to earn a satchel. There's a minimum amount required (based on the count for that specific event) of enemies or battles in order to earn a satchel. And depending on how many you participate in, you can earn additional satchels.

For issue #2, make sure you are trying to use the mutator on a captured pet.

Ah, thanks so much. That was it for the mission. I didn't know you could complete a mission but to different degrees. Thanks guys >-< wow I feel really stupid now. And how could I forget you can only use the mutators on caught pets ugh

So I have completed missions, and the reward says 2 satchels......but how to i get them, I looked in the inventory, tried clicking on them ........... nothing.

Once you complete the mission, the satchels are sent to you via your Trades.

From there, you can collect them to your Inventory and open them.
