I have a question, and I preface this with "I'm still fairly new so I don't know how custom items and festival stuff works" For this (and all past / future custom avatar items), will these avatar items ever return to be customizable again? For example, next September, could we make more custom Shadow Stalkers? Or is this likely a one-shot thing?

It seems like once items are released, be it monthly or festival, they seem to get retired. Is that correct? I hope my wording isn't confusing; mainly I want to know if in a year, can I customize an item from this month?

Pretty much you're only available time to submit custom monthly avatar item orders is during the month of the item's initial release. So yes, this is most likely your only chance to submit shadow stalker orders.

For festivals, we try to reuse as many items as we can but sometimes it doesn't always work out that way.

I hate to bother you like this but I submitted a design and haven't gotten it or a response of any kind. Was my design rejected or does it just take a bit to make them? (Very sorry if I seem impatient, I'm just a worrier XD)

How do show that we're ordering more copies of an already made custom? Do we use the same format on the first page?

Just send me a PM w/ the name of the item and how many copies you want.

And of course you must have been the one who originally ordered said item.

lol tried opening group layer in Photoshop elements looked it up. It doesnt allow group layers in the newest Photoshop elements. -_-
