I was just wondering if anyone has a Ny'vene Costume and a Devil's Tail. Is it even in the game yet? Where did they come from or where can you get them if possible?

Yes, both items are obtainable in-game, though atm you can only get them by trading with other players. They were released during the first Fall Festival, so they'll likely be brought back this year in the form of 2013 avatar boxes.
