I've looked everywhere on the site and I can't seem to find it. I got there once but I have no clue how.. help me?

It's at the bottom bar of the screen (if you're on a computer), left side. Just click chatrooms and general chat.

Alternatively (or if you're on mobile/tablet), use this link http://www.sylestia.com/cometchat/modules/chatrooms/index.php?basedata=null
