I was just in the Trollsblight Caverns and encountered this guy.
I think there's something wrong here...
Any thoughts on what I should do? Just kill him and move on, or catch him and see what's up?

In older zones, uncommon means one vis, and rare means one vis and one carry. This changed with the introduction of a new exploration system, to the 1gp = uncommon 2gp = rare system we're familiar with.
(edit: idk I'd probably kill him he's not too appealing imo.)
