I am interested in buying her, but I feel her price is too high. If you could bring it down to maybe, 10k, than I would happily buy her.

Sorry but next to none of the themed pets I've bought this festival were that cheap. Plus I used quite a few traps on her so i wouldn't be making a profit if I sold her for that little. I might be willing to lower it to 30k.
