The two pets that are in my party have stopped leveling up. they are gaining so that not the problem but they should have at least one more level then they are now. I have two [Philter of Learning] and tried to use them but I get
There was an Error!
This pet is already allowed to earn Experience.
Please help anyone

They all look to be level 60, which is the current level cap. You currently can't go any higher then that.
